1. Products

  • All products are handmade or manufactured using 100% Canadian wool. Thread is 100% cotton.

  • All products are manufactured in Ontario Canada.

  • Due to their nature, products may vary slightly in appearance, colour, texture or performance.

  • Product availability is subject to change without notice. In the event a product becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified promptly and issued a refund or offered an alternative product.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and may be subject to change without notice.

  • Applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment options available.

3. Order Processing

  • We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. This includes order verification, packing, and preparation for shipment.

  • Once processed, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method and your location.

3. Shipping

  • All orders are trackable, and tracking is emailed once your order has been fully processed.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, and we choose the best shipping method available for your location.

  • Shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier pricing. Any increased rate changes will be communicated to you prior to shipping for confirmation.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If a typographical error in the address results in additional shipping fees, these costs will be billed to the customer.

  • Field & Fleece and WoolGrown are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

  • We are currently only shipping within Canada.

  • Local delivery available.
    Use the code LOCAL at checkout exclusively for local delivery within the specified radius shown in the linked map. This code is strictly for eligible addresses. If the delivery address is outside the specified radius, your order will be placed on hold, and a shipping quote will be emailed for your approval.

  • Use the code PELLETS at checkout exclusively for material drop-off intended for pelletizing. This code overrides shipping costs and is strictly for this purpose only. Any misuse of the code for other purposes will result in your order being placed on hold.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We at WoolGrown want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or problems, please contact our support team directly: woolgrowncompany@gmail.com

  • Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, all sales of WoolGrown products are final, and no refunds are provided.

  • If a refund policy applies to a specific offer, you must submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase to be eligible. Requests after this period will not be honored.

  • To request a refund, email our support team and include the product name, order number and reason for the refund request.

  • All refunds are discretionary. If you download digital materials (e.g., PDFs, videos, audios etc.) and promptly request a refund, we reserve the right to deny the request. This policy ensures fairness and discourages misuse of our resources.
